CONSTRUCTION FIRM AMONG THE BEST: Economy slowing down? Not when it comes to Huff Construction Co. The Modesto-based firm recently has been recognized by an industry publication as one of the “America’s Top Retail Contractors.” In Retail Operations & Construction Magazine’s April issue, Huff is saluted for continuing to grow its business despite the slowing economy.
